Private Events

How to host a private event?

 

First step on hosting an event is choosing a time and date.
Next, is choosing a painting design for you guests to paint, you can view our paintings by going to the “Gallery” tab or by clicking here. (don’t see any painting designs you like? No, worries! Contact us and let us know what you have in mind and we’ll create something special for you, for a fee of $20).

All Packages Include:

  • A minimum of 10 guests is required to host any of our events.
  • Celebrant’s (or hosts of the event) choice of Art work.
  • Step by step Instruction from one of our Artsocial 805 art instructors.
  • Art materials and supplies such as canvas, aprons, easels, paint, brushes, and palettes are included and provided by Artsocial 805.
  • Each guest takes home a painted canvas.
  • The host of the event will need to provide tables, chairs, and a place such as a sink to clean our brushes at the end of the event and for collecting water that will be using during the event.
  • We can accommodate up to 40 painters at time. We always have more helpers to make sure everyone gets a lot of attention.
  • A final head count of your guests will need to be sent to us 2 days prior to your event date; this is required to help us prepare art materials, and art instructors for your event.
  • We can create an Eventbrite link for your guests to register and RSVP.
  • Painting events usually take about 2-2.5 hours (times can very depending on the type and size of the event).
  • Our set-up time is about 45-55 minutes.
  • Cost per guest is $36 – $45 per painter (pricing can very depending on your event).
  • Payment is due at the end of the event.

Kid’s Birthday:

  • The cost is $225 (minimum of 10 painters) each additional painter (guest) is just $10.
  • We can accommodate up to 40 painters at time. We always have more helpers to make sure everyone gets a lot of attention.
  • We need a head count of your guests 2 days before your event.
  • Each guest takes home a 12×12 canvas of their own creation.
  • Photo booth props may be used upon request.
  • Our set up timing about 30 minutes (timing and very depending on your type and size of your event).
  • Painting usually takes about 1 – 1.5 hours.
  • Parties begin promptly, and unfortunately the party time cannot be extended if party participants show up late.
  • For children under the age of 5, one adult is required per child.
